The CII-TPM Club India has been providing consulting and training services to Indian industry for the last 10 years. Over a period of time, Indian companies have started successfully challenging the TPM Awards.

This award is given to companies who have implemented the concepts of “Total Productive Maintenance” as developed by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance, Japan (JIPM), and achieved excellent results. This award is challenged by companies inside and outside Japan, which enables good benchmarking amongst manufacturing companies.

The results of the assessments conducted during the year 2007 have been announced. We are pleased to inform you that all the 21 Indian companies, who challenged the 2007 awards have been successful, and would receive the award on 12 March in Japan. This takes the tally of winners up from 111 to 132 companies in India.

Prime Property Development Consultant P. Ltd. won this year awards for "Marketing Firm Of The Year" for the process and establishments doing wonderful professional work in this aspect of real estate. In 2007, the firm stood above all shortcomings of real estate and did a great business with corporate, Multinational Companies and with IT companies. Ravi Bhinder, Director of the company received the awards with a great applauses.
